Is it just more or have Metric, Santigold and The Yeah Yeah Yeahs all just started copying each other in the least interesting ways? Never again will we hear the same inspiring song-writing that was the anthem “On a Slow Night”.
I’m not familiar with Santigold and Yeah Yeah Yeahs haven’t done anything in 3 years and I could never, EVER make the ridiculous claim that YYYs are anything but creative geniuses. How anyone could make pioneering albums in both punk rock and electropop (And I’m not talking about that shitty super white guy Fueled By Ramen bullshit.) is beyond me. Also, this song was written before Old World so I don’t think it counts as ripping anyone off.
